Cleopatra Capp is the long-deceased wife of Antony Capp mother of Scribonia Capp, grandmother of Contessa Capp and founder of the Capp family. Cleopatra died long before the start of the game, and is buried along with most of her deceassed family on the grounds of the Capp Manor. Like all direct Capp family ancestors, Cleopatra is resurrectable without the use of hacks or cheats. However, she will have no memories or interests, and a blank personality. Cleopatra died due to old age and is the Capp Founder. While she is thin, her fitness bar implies that she is supposed to be fit.
According to Cleopatra's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was brown before it turned grey. If she is resurrected and aged down to an adult, Cleopatra has what appears to be a really long bit of skin dangling from her chin. Apparently it is part of her mouth. It is unknown how she came to have this oddity though it is most likely a glitch. Calpurnia Caesar also has this oddity. If player chooses to age Cleopatra down to an adult, and make her have more children, if any of them inherit Cleopatra's mouth, their mouths will be on their foreheads when they age into adults.
Cleopatra was an ancient Egyptian queen of the Ptolemaic dynasty, and a character in Shakespeare's Antony and Cleopatra. The specific Cleopatra mentioned in the play was officially known as Cleopatra Philopator VII.
