Cleve Royce is one of the pre-made townies in Bluewater Village from The Sims 2: Open for Business. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Cleve is employed in the Business career as a Senior Manager at the start of the game, and he is mainly interested in Weather and Entertainment. He has the same facial structure as fellow townie Alan Cho. Even though Cleve has black hair, his SimDNA in SimPE confirms that his natural hair color is red.
