What happens when the trains stop running? Downtown Evergreen, affectionately known to locals as Conifer Station, may be a bit quieter nowadays, but residents will tell you that the defunct train station and unsightly storage tanks hide a hard-working community eager to imporove their little corner of the world.

Conifer Station is a neighborhood located in Evergreen Harbor. It consists of four lots, two residental, an apartment, and a Community space.

The neighborhood starts in the neutral eco footprint by default. A community voting board can be found near the Pinecrest Apartments.

Pigulock Manor is a residential lot in Conifer Station which is inhabited by the Tinker household.

Canal Corner is an uninhabited lot in Conifer Station.

Sprucewood Square is a community lot in Conifer Station.

Pinecrest Apartments #402 is an apartment in Pinecrest Apartments.

Pinecrest Apartments #404 is an apartment in Pinecrest Apartments.
