Dallas Shallow is the evil friend of Bob Newbie and Betty Simovitch, and comes pre-made with The Sims 3 in Riverview at 320 Riverblossom Hills Drive, Terra Bella. He is disliked by Laurel Grisby, and his assorted traits of Flirty, Evil, and Kleptomaniac heavily imply that he is a Sim which may be hard to get along with. His high school grade is B, and he comes skilled with Charisma 3 and Guitar 1. As such, he starts off with a Sonaflux Guitar in his inventory and a copy of the book Special Snowflake. Dallas may not be fond of his family, as it is stated in the family description that love does not keep their family together.
