Emad Rateb is a deceased Sim buried in the Desert's End cemetery in Al Simhara in The Sims 3: World Adventures expansion pack, his ghost often appears around that zone. He has no traits, and a glitchy Lifetime Wish, so it is probably best not to resurrect him. Emad died of fire.
Resurrection tip
This Sim can be brought back to life with ambrosia or with the Oh My Ghost! opportunity.
For more information, read Game guide:Bringing Sims back to life.
