April Hallaway is a witch who lives in Moonlight Falls. She currently lives in a manor with her sisters, Ava Hallaway and Arielle Stevens, along with her husband Wayne Dillon and her sons, Dillon and Nicholas Hallaway

Biography

Early Life

April was born on her namesake, 1983 to Alexandra Hallaway and Fanon:Jeremy Bennett. She is the sister of Abigail Hallaway, and Ava Hallaway. As the middle sister, she constantly acts as a mediator between her sisters. If the sisters fight a lot, their grandmother would cast spells to stop the bicker and make them forget their fight. Her parents died when she was just a toddler, around 6, while Abby is 9 and Ava is 4. She didn’t remember much about what happened, but she did remember crying day and night.

Teenage Years

April was not a very popular teen, although she never did get in any trouble, unlike her younger sister, Ava. She dressed very classy and wears glasses and pulled her hair back. Unlike her older sister, Abby, she was not focused on boys and popularity at school, but more into studying.

Adulthood

After graduating from high school, April went to Sim University to study business. Her grandmother at first wants April to pursue her dreams as a chef, but she thought she wanted to have a stable job. She graduated from college and worked as an accountant at Abby’s office for 2 years. After Anna died of heart problems, she quit her job to get a job at a local restaurant as a waiter in order become a chef.

Discovering magic

When Ava moved back into the manor, April tried hard to get her sisters together, and prevent them from bickering and fighting. Ava then looked around the house for extra blankets, and she found the attic, where the sister’s family spellbook lies. Because their grandmother died, her spell to disable the sister’s powers broke, and their powers are awoken once again.

Meeting Wayne and Marriage

While she was visiting the park to get some pumpkins to make Jack O’Lanterns, a fairy, Wayne Dillon, tried to prank her with one of his fairy tricks. April was able to block his magic though. Their relationship were rocky at first. However they grow to care for each other. They went out on a few dates before Wayne took her to the Arboretum Park and proposed to her there. They got married at the manor.

Death of Abby and dealing with the lost of a sister

A few months after her wedding, the sisters were attacked by a vampire near a forest, the same one who attacked their parents and killed Zane. Abby managed to ward him off with a few spells, but he got the best of her and threw her off onto a rock, killing her. April and Ava were devastated by the death of Abby, but the one who feels pain the most is April, because she was the closest to Abby. She thought she couldn’t survive without a big sister. Her grief lasted for so long that she isolates herself.

Meeting Arielle

After the death of Abby, Ava and April were visited by the ghost of Alex and Anna, their mother and grandmother respectively. They told the sisters that they have a baby sister, a half sister from Alex’s side. Alex asked the girls if they could track her down and convince her to join their coven to fill the space that Abby left. They found her eventually, and although Ava eagerly accepted her into the family, April wasn’t the most welcoming sister. Ava had to play the middle sister part that April used to do with her and Abby. After Arielle related to her after losing her adoptive parents to a car crash, they eventually connected as sisters.

Birth of First Child

A few months after Ava’s divorce from Trevor, April became unexpectedly pregnant. Due to her pregnancy, her powers went awry and she eventually took a break from the whole witchcraft things. She eventually gave birth to a rather unplanned condition, during a full moon where zombies attacked. Arielle and Wayne tried to fend off the creatures while Ava delivered the baby on April’s bedroom. She gave birth to a healthy baby boy whom she named “Dillon” after her husband Wayne. After giving birth, April quit her job and started a club so that she can work from home, and becoming a stay at home mom

Trivia

• Owns a club, A3 Nightclub, named in honor of her and her sisters, which became the family's main source of income, along with Ava's job.
