Consort Capp (né Thebe) makes his returning debut in the Sims 3 as an elder, in the weirdly named Pleasant Strangeville, of the Veronaville sector with his children Goneril, Regan, Kent, and Cordelia (who is a ghost), and wife Contessa (also a ghost).

Life in PSV

He lives with Ariel, Hal, and Desdemona, his grandchildren, along with twins Beatrice and Benedick Monty and Bottom Summerdream. According to his bio, he found all of them at one of the junkyards when they got lost during the move. He is best friends with his children that are alive and good friends with Ariel, Bottom, and the Monty twins. He is only friends with the Capp twins because they usually bother him the most. He is also friends with Patrizio Monty again, along with Titania Summerdream who both live across the way from him. He has officially retired from being a CEO. His hair was blonde before it turned gray. He has lived 147 days.

Trivia

• He does not hold a grudge to the feud anymore.
• He is one of the few Sims in PSV to complete his Lifetime Wish.
• He and Contessa are still linked as married, as Contessa is playable and therefore does not have her flags reset. Their relationship is not the best because he cannot find her.
• His name is not from a Shakespeare play, but merely a title.
