David Starr (commonly referred to as Davy by his wife) is a sim living in Monte Vista with his wife, Bessie, and their daughters. He is also the absent father of Justine Schwarz. He and his family lead an idyllic lifestyle, as he is happily married and best friends with all his and Bessie's daughters. David and his family reside in a mansion at 732 Bella Vista Drive.
