Captain Elizabeth Siper is mother of Kate Siper. She is about put up a rank as Lieutenant. the captain who is current living with her and as her former boss, Captain Joana Vasquez.

Sergeant Siper decided to put divorce in the judge and her husband Brayson called in and the judge told him to sign the divorce. He signed it and payed it.

Deputy Chief Captain Victoria Hoyt Shelton called Sergeant E Siper in and told her that do you want a captain's badge and Internal Affairs want her to take Captain's exam. Also transferred to C.S.U now.

Her new sergeant 2nd command, CSU Sergeant Paige Gruber. Her new boss Deputy CSU Chief Jessica Burner.
