Franklin Potter, with his twin brother Sebastian Wizard, are the youngest sons of both Martin Potter and Zack Baker. Franklin was born on 4/3/3[1] in the Potter Home.

On 4/5/4, Franklin moved to the Harper home to be engaged with Chad Harper.

As of 4/5/4, Franklin is 18 days old. His dam[2] is looking forward to what he will bring to the neighborhood. His uncle[3] is as well.
