Gretel Holzfäller was the sister of Hansel Holzfäller, and was formerly housemates with Baba Yaga and Arachne.

Biography

Weeks 01-08

Gretel attends the wedding between two of Hansel's former housemates,Kay and Snow White. Later, Hansel finds himself transformed into a goldfish by Poppy, and the goldfish is dropped off at Gretel's household by Talia. However, Baba Yaga cooks the goldfish in a stew before feeding it to Gretel, who is subsequently slaughtered by Baba and fashioned into sausages.

• Her surname "Holzfäller" is a German word meaning "lumberjack".
  • In the fairytale, Hansel and Gretel's father was a lumberjack.
