Julia Parker is child Sim who lives with her family in Willow Creek. She is the third child to James and Joanna Parker. She is also the younger sister to Jared and Jacob as well as the older sister to Jenna, and later, Jordan, making her the middle child.

Julia is originally described as being very ecstatic, but also a little naive at times. In any case she has a lot of growing up to do.
