Miliscent was born last of the three sisters of Lydia and Jabez Cold in 1947. Miliscent kept to herself when growing up, she didn't speak to her family very much and often played on her own. Miliscent was the physical one of the family, and would spend her time in the garden.
At school, Miliscent quickly made friends with her interest in sport. She and her group of friends would play sport on the field everyday. The coach at the school said that Miliscent would go far. Roz arrived at the field, and asked if she could be friends with Miliscent and her group, they gave her a rugby ball and asked her to score a try, Roz tried to but failed, and was shown the door.
Despite what her parents and friends said, Miliscent never became a world famous sport star. Miliscent had to take up several jobs, one of which being the assistant in Roz' new shop.
