Coming soon...Mortimer Goth is one of the most well known sims in the Sims series. He is currently deceased. He lived in the Goth manor in Pleasantview when he was still alive. He was the child of Gunther Goth and Cornelia Goth (née Crumplebottom). He married Bella Goth (née Bachelor) and had two children: Cassandra and Alexander. After Bella Goth got abducted by aliens and disappeared, he married Dina Caliente (née Bachelor, Goth).

Biography

Early Life

Mortimer Goth was born to Gunther and Cornelia Goth in the early 50s. In the early stages of his life, he was a very grumpy child. However, in his adulthood, his personality changed, though he was still pretty grumpy. He met his best friend and later wife Bella Bachelor in private school. They would officially start their relationship when they were teens.

Adulthood

Mortimer graduated from Sim State University with a degree in biology. A year or so later, he proposed to Bella in a hedge maze in Downtown and they got married in the Goth’s side yard. A few years later, he and Bella had their first child: Cassandra. Cassandra would grow up very well throughout the years.

A few years later, Gunther perished when he set the oven ablaze. Mortimer also set his oven on fire as well, destroying the house that the Goths owned for centuries and taking the life of Cornelia. Both were buried in the Goth’s graveyard. The house was later rebuilt. About 5 years later, Mortimer’s first son Alexander was born.

Mystery

A few years after Alexander was born, tragedy struck. Bella Goth went missing, last having been seen on Don Lothario, the local womaniser and Cassandra’s future spouse’s condo’s rooftop. Police investigation revealed that there was a flash of green light just before she disappeared, but nobody directly saw anything suspicious. She would return, later, though, as I will show later.

Later Life

A few months later, Mortimer Goth discovered a very important science discovery: a life-extending or life-shortening liquid. It was called the Elixir of Life. Some people were allowed to take chances and test the elixir. Mortimer also did tests on it as well, and it backfired on him, making him age about 15 years.

He worked several more years in the science career, but eventually retired. He later watched his daughter Cassandra get abandoned by her soon-to-be husband Don Lothario at the altar. He got into a relationship with Dina Caliente, who was actually only after him for his money. Dina and her twin sister Nina were also suspects in the Bella Goth disappearance, as they had connection to aliens. Some believed that Bella was abducted by aliens, due to some critical clues in the story. Also, Dina had married Bella’s brother Michael, who was rich and old (due to elixir testing), just like Mortimer.

Dina and Mortimer would later get married in the Goth’s garden. The rest of his days were uneventful. He would die of old age in 2013-2015 and be buried in the Goth’s graveyard. Bella would later return to Pleasantview and settle in the Goth manor. She was abducted by aliens, as most thought, and had been residing in Strangetown.
