A man of few words who has read every book in the forest, Oak knows everything it's possible for a PlantSim to know (except how to talk to young people, that is). He loves order and tradition, and lives in fear of either being disrupted.

Oak Rose is a Sim from Vpetmad's Fanon story, A Garden of Roses. He is the deputy leader of the Rose family, a colony of PlantSims.

Early Life

Oak was spawned shortly before his sister, Willow, matured. From the moment he was born he has been learning as much as he can about everything possible, so would often be found badgering his relatives to read to him. He was always popular with the elders due to his innate sense of duty and blind respect for authority. After maturing, Oak became the family's archivist, reading and recording every scrap of history he could find, but he still found time to help out whoever needed a hand.

After a long period of study, Oak was the first of his generation to spawn. He was blessed with a son, Reed, who was cared for in the most part by his aunt. Oak proved himself to be a somewhat distant parent, but nevertheless he cares deeply about his descendants. When Willow became the family's leader, Oak took on his role as deputy, and thoroughly enjoys the ceremony and ritual this requires.
