The Pleasantview Thriving Project is an attempt to fill Pleasantview with more maxis-match(ish), story-influenced families that intertwine with each other and with the original denizens.
This is not the original Plesantview, however. While it contains the original pre-made families, they live in an entirely made over neighborhood courtesy of Phaenoh's Pleasantly Thriving neighborhood on MTS. The original families have also been given makeovers by me using maxis-match(ish) custom content that keeps up to today's standards.

- It seems Makoto's antics couldn't leave after college. Flint is starting to become more independent, and the stress of hospital work is finally getting to Rei. Will it be too much for family-man Edward to handle?

- Oscar wasn't one for commitment for any reason, but having to raise a child was not something he would cower away from. Now Penelope will be leaving soon and neither of them are sure if they're ready for her to leave.

- One promise to protect his best friend in college led to one thing then another. Now they're married with three kids, with Payton becoming an incredibly common name to hear thrown around with the sporty types.

- Tension fills the King home. Ulyssa and Quinton barely tolerate each other's prescence. This is, of course, not what Pleasantview sees. But will the cracks in thiis facade cause its destruction?

- There are not that many people who know the Hermit in the woods. A mystery tothe town. Witnesses have reported never seeing her age. Who is she?

- Harriet is ready to settle down with her wife and kids. As much as she loves modeling, the overwhelming attention really started to get to the kids, and stressing Rita, so off to the suburbs!
