Rosaline Monty is the oldest child of Romeo and Juliette Monty. She lives in Veronaville with her parents and her younger brothers, Valentine and Paris.

Being the child of a Monty and a Capp, Rosaline is related to many people in Veronaville. She is a cousin to Emilia and Benvolio Monty. She is the niece of Mercutio Monty, Hermia Monty and Tybalt Capp.

Like all characters residing in Veronaville, Rosaline is named after a character from a Shakespeare play. Rosaline's namesake is Rosaline from Romeo and Juliet, the unseen woman who Romeo was infatuated with before meeting Juliet.
