Shelly O'Quinn is a descendant of the powerful Alto family. She is currently dating [[Fanon:Katy Perry|Katy Perry]] and she plans to propose to her soon.

Her parents are [[Fanon:Vita Alto (InfinitelyEllieee|Vita Alto]] and [[Fanon:Howard O'Quinn|Howard O'Quinn]]. Vita [[Fanon:Vita Alto starvation incident|mysteriously died of starvation]] shortly after Shelly moved in with [[Fanon:Katy Perry|Katy]].

Shelly is the only living member of the O'Quinn family that has dyed her hair, is LGBT, and is employed.

She shares several characteristics of her father. She dresses in a similar way to her father - whimsical and retro. Their personalities are similar, except that Howard is more [[Good (The Sims 4)|Good]] than Shelly. This may lead to either 2 possible situations. One, Shelly is an alternate version of Howard, or two, Shelly is dressing like Howard to honor him.

She does not like to stay in the same job or with the same people, hence the [[Noncommittal]] trait.
