Florence Delarosa is a pre-created Sim featured in Bluewater Village, who is the owner of a home flower shop. Her past is somewhat of a mystery. She starts out without any friends, though she does know Gilbert Jacquet somewhat. While she is shy, it could also be that she's fairly new in the neighborhood, and has been too busy getting her shop established to get to know anyone really well. While she doesn't start out with any skill points, she does start with a bronze talent badge in Flower Arranging, and one in operating a cash Register. She is 18 days away from becoming an elder.
She has around §3000 in funds, but her home is well-furnished and her lot is well-landscaped. She will need to hire a gardener, and may want to hire a maid. She may also want to get a job in a career such as medicine or science, but that may pass once she gets the shop operating.
