Hi everyone !

Since The Sims 3 World Adventures, and the mission entitled "Landgraab I... Kidnapper ?" at Champs-Les-Sims, I think that Admiral Landgraab is the father of Malcolm Landgraab II. Why ? Because of the "I" added in the title of the mission above (which I don't think is a typo from the programmers), and because of the description of another mission that states that he lived at the begining of the last century, which is matching the period Malcolm II lived.

What do you think about it ? We also have to find a place for Gregory Landgraab, the former teacher... I think he could be Admiral Landgraab brother or father... But then, who is the Malcolm Landgraab from Roaring Heights ? M.Plènozas (talk) 23:19, March 5, 2018 (UTC)

Based on his uniform and backstory, I think Admiral Landgraab has to be a more distant ancestor of the Landgraab family. He looks like he belongs in the French Revolution or the American War of Independence. He would be way too old to be Malcolm Landgraab II's father in my opinion. It is possible that there are two Admiral Landgraabs since there are two different stories about his death. Admiral Landgraab I ventured to a tomb with his men but they were given false directions and never seen again. So it could be his son, Admiral Landgraab II, who was killed by island natives.
It could also be possible that the family lost their fortune after this which is why they don't own Chateau du Landgraab now. Around the turn of the century, Gregory Landgraab suddenly came into a great deal of money. This could be ~1900 when the Landgraab family became rich again. Gregory Landgraab could be Kermit Landgraabs brother and the father of Malcolm Landgraab I from Roaring Heights, which is based on the 1920s. But all of this is just me speculating of course. The real story is a mystery. Gvaudoin (talk) 05:45, March 6, 2018 (UTC)
Hi Gvaudoin !

Of course, we are here to speculate :) I like your theory, that what I found weird: His uniform don't match the period were the father of Malcolm Landgraab II would have lived. Maybe theres indeed two Admiral Landgraab because indeed, the demise of the one from The Sims 1 is different of the one from The Sims 3 WA... But wasn't there an information in The Sims 3 WA which placed the events of the Admiral and the NECTEAUXs at the beginning of the 20th century ? I think there were clues that proved it, isn't it ? But if I'm wrong, I'm totally agree with you, Malcolm Landgraab from Roaring Heights could have been the father of Malcolm Landgraab II and the father of Gregory Landgraab.M.Plènozas (talk) 09:13, March 6, 2018 (UTC)

I'm not sure if there's definitive information about the 20th century but maybe you're right and Admiral Landgraab is meant to be Malcolm Landgraab I. The Wiki compares the Admiral to Napoleon and Lord Admiral Horatio Nelson which would put him in the 18th century. Here's a possible family tree that I made:

I think your tree is perfect as the relationships seems logic to me.

But I'm not sure if we can add Malcolm Landgraab from Beacon Bay as Malcolm V because even if its skin is darker like the men in this branch of the family, and he seems to be the same generation as Alexander Goth, I think Beacon Bay is an alternate universe version of Sunset Valley. The description of the town states that the action takes place before Pleasantview. Plus, there is an Holly Alto who is the same age of Alex Goth and Malcolm (lets call him "the fith" for this theory"), whereas she should be the age of Mortimer Goth. Thats why I think Beacon Bay its an alternate universe, and therefore, the Landgraabs in this town are an alternate version of the family.

What do you think about it ?M.Plènozas (talk) 15:47, March 6, 2018 (UTC)

I think it's really hard to fit everyone in. There are so many Landgraabs! I guess Malcolm IV could have a wife with darker skin and their son could be a little younger than Alexander but maybe it's a bit of a reach. Holly Alto from Beacon Bay could be a descendant of the Holly from Sunset Vally, I guess. There are also the Landgraabs in Lunar Lakes and Oasis Landing. How do they fit in? I like to think of the latter ones as Adrien's descendants. Gvaudoin (talk) 16:02, March 6, 2018 (UTC)
Yeah but as I said in my previous post, Beacon Bay is describe "Before Pleasantview", so the Goths, Altos and Landgraabs can't be the descendants of the families from Sunset Valley, because Beacon Bay seems to be placed at the exact same time as Sunset Valley, making it an alternate version of this world.

But for the Landgraabs from Lunar Lake and Oasis Landing, I agree they probably are the descendants of Adrien. But what about Veronica Landgraab (the fitnes instructor mentionned in The Sims 2 Pet Stories), Todd Landgraab from Midnight Hollow and Magnus Landgraab the criminal mentionned in The Sims 3 ? I think Veronica could be the wife of a Landgraab and then took its name. Or be the sister of someone. Magnus could be the brother of Malcolm Landgraab II or Nancy Landgraab. But I have no clue for Todd... If Olive is adult in their town, the action must take place during The SIms 1 because she is the same generation as Mortimer Goth.µ Then if Todd is a young adult during this time, I can't say who could have been his father....

What would be your version about these characters ?M.Plènozas (talk) 17:52, March 7, 2018 (UTC)

You could be right about Magnus. It's possible he's Malcolm Landgraab II's brother. Maybe Veronica is his wife or his daughter? Could it be possible that Todd was married to Posie from Lunar Lakes or that they are siblings? I think they should be the same age. Todd is a little younger than Olive Specter and Posie is the same age as Bella Goth. Gvaudoin (talk) 20:50, March 7, 2018 (UTC)
We don't know if Bella and Posie are the same age, because they are dead and maybe not around the same time.

Thats also why we can't say that Todd was married or brother of Posie. Landgraabs for Lunar Lake and Oasis Landing are probably the descendants of Adrien as you said, whereas Todd is probably around the same age, or a bit older, of Adrien. But yes, Veronica could be Magnus or even Todd wife. I think we should add all of them to an hypotetically family tree.M.Plènozas (talk) 22:05, March 7, 2018 (UTC)

In my version, I have the Landgraab family pinned to 12 generations. So we start with Demetrius Landegraab from The Sims Medieval Pirates & Nobles, and his Son Dacian. Based on the storyline, Dacian eventually marries the daughter of a Pirate Captain called Misty Darktide. Based on Admiral Landgraab's personality it would make sense if he was the son of a Pirate and a Lord. (I have a bigger theory of the conflicting info and timelines revolving around the time machine use in Urbz (GBA) and Ambitions- so in the original timeline Admiral Landgraab died at the hands of island natives, but in the altered timeline, he survived that encounter and went on to die in Champs Les Sims instead.) His son is Kermit Landgraab. (Gregory Landgraab may also be his son, depending on if turn of the century refers to 1900 or 2000). Kermit has two sons, Chester (Sunset Valley) and Malcolm I (Roaring Heights). Malcolm I fathers Malcolm II etc etc til we get to Bluewater Village Malcolm IV. Based on Alexander Goth's age in Beacon Bay, I've put this Malcolm as Malcolm V. (possibly mother is Melody Tinker based on the knowledge aspiration her and V have).(this line has a total of 9 generations) Anyway, back to Chester. He has two children Magnus and Nancy Landgraab. Magnus marries Veronica (fitness instructor), based on his criminal activity, they are disowned by the Landgraabs, and therefore, their son Malcolm is given the surname Landgrabb (double B as in TS1 (Console)) He has two children, Mimi and Dudley. (total of 8 generations in this line. Gregory the teacher may be Malcolm's brother if turn of the century is 2000). Magnus and Veronica also have Todd Landgraab (Midnight Hollow), whose daughter Posie is onboard the Perigree when it crashlands on Lunar Lakes. Back to Nancy. So originally in Sunset Valley, they have Malcolm, Malcolm marries Hannelore and they have Adrien, but.. after using the Ambitions time machine, they come back with a son older than Malcolm, called Johnny, and eventually the 4 of them choose to stay in the future aka willow creek, but disown Johnny. In the original timeline, Adrien would also be onboard the Perigree when it crashlands on Lunar Lakes. His daughter Christina is born on Lunar Lakes and eventually perfects human cloning, having 3 children herself: Chris, Chrissie and Christa. Based on her bio, it sounds like Chrissie yearns to return to earth. She eventually does, and has a son also named Gregory (oasis landing). Gregory Marries Cheryl, adopts Timothy, and they have Lara (the 12th generation). Prawler (talk) 14:50, August 14, 2018 (UTC)

I think your whole theory completely fits to the story if we take on account the altered timelines, but for Malcolm Landgrabb (father of Mimi and Dudley), I think he and Nancy and Geoffrey's son are the same person. The modification of his name and family situation (just one son called Adrien and no more Mimi and Dudley) could be a "mistake" because of the change of game developers teams through the different games since his first appearance in SimCity 3000 or does on purpose in order to refresh the story.
