Margaret Landgraab (née Buckingham) is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Bluewater Village, the shopping district shipped with The Sims 2: Open for Business. She was the daughter of Blair and Virginia Buckingham, the wife of Malcolm Landgraab III, and the mother of their son Malcolm Landgraab IV.

Margaret has personality points and interests, something not every ancestral Sim has. She is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. Margaret has the Fortune aspiration, and the Libra zodiac sign. As far as personality, she is very outgoing, somewhat playful, and rather nice. But she is quite sloppy, and rather lazy. According to Margaret's age data in SimPE, she had 29 days left in the adult life stage when she died.

Her facial structure mostly uses the 1st Maxis face template in Create a Sim, but the face is shorter, the ears are smaller, and the eyebrows are highly customized. Margaret died shortly after her son became a child. How she died is not explained. Margaret does not appear in the family photo album, but one of the pictures shows Malcolm IV as a child, mourning at the graves of his parents.
