The grade is based on the relative speed of your connection compared to the other connections within your country. A speed that may be considered slow in a country with a large high-speed network may be considered very fast in countries that lack that infrastructure or where it's less common for people to have it. - LostInRiverview ^{talk ~ blog} 00:51, June 14, 2014 (UTC)
