I think creating articles for the more reknowned SimGurus would be fine. But yeah, a list would work better to list all of the SimGurus (past? and current ones). Ѧüя◎ґ (talk) 18:01, June 13, 2019 (UTC)
Agreed. Maybe we should make a category for SimGurus? Here's an official list from Twitter: https://twitter.com/TheSims/lists/official-simgurus/members It's missing Ryan Vaughn though.

Maybe we could have a template for real people too? Like the Sims templates but with different attributes. For example Twitter handle and EA account ID. —Gvaudoin 💬 15:25, July 14, 2019 (UTC)
