Deleting messages from my talk page[edit source]

Hello Lukas. I noticed you deleted a message on my talk page. Unfortunately you have no permission to do that. If you want a message on my talk page deleted, just ask me for permission. At this moment, I don't want any of my messages deleted. Unless if it's urgent, and you really want it deleted. If that's the case, leave a detailed reason why you want it deleted.

Questions? feel free to ask! :D

TS2 pool corners[edit source]

As far as I recall, EA didn't use patches to add content to TS2. I don't think they started that until TS3. If you have a TS2 EP later than Seasons, that's probably why you have the rounded corners, odds are they were carried forward from Seasons. Dharden (talk) 19:39, June 24, 2016 (UTC)

Your attitude[edit source]

Your attitude on my talk page is grossly unacceptable. Go ahead and report me; you're no better by threatening me like that. Your attitude shows that you do not resolve disputes with other editors well. I suggest you fix your callous attitude. 74.198.131.130 (talk) 19:12, February 17, 2019 (UTC)

Master Racoon[edit source]

Greetings

Daryurian (The Mighty Turian) 15:46, February 24, 2019 (UTC)

March 2019[edit source]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Fun. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware that:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. You should not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at the administrators' noticeboard. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 13:12, March 16, 2019 (UTC)

I am impressed that you have simply undone my edit without even explaining why. As an editor who has been here for over 4 years, this is completely unacceptable. You should know full well that fighting with reverts is completely unacceptable. Explain to me why you should not be blocked for edit warring, following numerous incidents with you fighting with reverts rather than discussion. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 13:12, March 16, 2019 (UTC)

Use the preview button[edit source]

You removed all of the categories from Edit Town. You undoubtedly saw all of the edit summaries I left you, and you still don't check your damn work. Use the preview button and look over your work. I am getting really tired of having to clean up the juvenile mistakes of an editor that has been here since 2014. You make a mistake, fine, but the big problem is that you don't fix them. How can any company have an employee that does that? How do you think the wiki can have an editor like that? I'll say it again: use the preview button and look over your work. 74.198.131.130 (talk) 23:56, April 2, 2019 (UTC)

Sorry for the inconvenience. I'll be sure to make it up by being more observant when editing and revising when publishing. Thank you though for the crucial comment! DrakonoSkerdikas (talk) 10:18, April 3, 2019 (UTC)
I don't mean to cotton on, but you did in fact fail to use the preview button and look over your work with this edit, which basically duplicated half the article. I'm not even sure how you managed to do that, but since you didn't revert your mistake I'm guessing that you didn't look back after hitting 'Publish page', which I'm guessing explains why 74.198.131.130 is so mad at you right now. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 23:40, April 3, 2019 (UTC)
And here as well. Didn't add {{Reflist}}. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 23:50, April 3, 2019 (UTC)

Please stop making disruptive edits, as you did at Camera.

  • If you are engaged in a content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with them on their user talk page or the article's talk page, and seek a consensus.
  • If you are engaged in another form of dispute, such as a user conduct dispute, please start a thread at the administrators' noticeboard.

If you continue to disrupt The Sims Wiki, you may be blocked from editing. 74.198.131.130 (talk) 16:30, April 7, 2019 (UTC)

The entire article was trashed for basically 15 minutes. I'm going to leave this templated warning because it's clear you're just making edits and not even bothering to look back. That's unacceptable. 74.198.131.130 (talk) 16:30, April 7, 2019 (UTC)

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt The Sims Wiki. 2001:41D0:601:1100:0:0:0:9EB (talk) 13:17, April 23, 2019 (UTC)

April 2019[edit source]

Hello. When you add content to talk pages and forums (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 14:13, April 5, 2019 (UTC)

RE: Revision[edit source]

Your edit duplicated the entire article, which is why it was reverted. Have you looked at the diff yourself? —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 00:06, April 25, 2019 (UTC)

Mother plant rename[edit source]

Issues with your grammar[edit source]

Hello Drakono. Here are some screenshots of some of the edits you've made over the past few months. I'd like you to have a look at each one of them and see if you can spot the errors in them. There has been a growing sentiment among some editors that your edits are starting to cause more harm than good in requiring other editors to clean up after them, which is comical given that you've been here for over five years. To point out the issues in your edits (not including forgetting to sign your posts on talk pages, frivolous page moves done without consensus and without regard for convention, and just wasting people's time), I'd like you to have a good look and see what's wrong in the following screenshots (for your convenience, at least some of the issues have red arrows pointing at them to more easily indicate their presence):

Some people have suggested that you start drafting changes in your user sandbox and having other people review them before publishing them into articles. I stand by my statement that you should be carefully looking over your work before clicking publish; however, given these edits, it's clear that you are not doing this. While English may not be your first language (it's pretty evident that it isn't), it is still an unspoken, obvious requirement that articles need to have at least basic grammar and a basic sense of readability. I'm not sure if you are even aware of the fact that your edits are causing issues, but if you are, it comes as even more surprising that you have not asked for help and have not made any effort to correct them. There is absolutely no expectation for editors to be perfect, but it is still expected that editors are willing to and make a conscious effort to improve over time, so when I see the same issues cropping up after a pretty dramatic history on your talk page, I'm starting to get the feeling that you don't care. Here is your chance to prove me wrong. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 00:14, July 24, 2019 (UTC)

Thanks for the message. The reason I haven't sked is because I was thinking nobody would be willing to take to do such drastic involvements like helping someone who can't write. At times I feel the wiki is reay in need of vital information that's missing, but not a lot are willing to include, so I myself feel unable to do so while at the same time wanna put vital knowledge tk use. If I have time to revise your suggested bad examples of mine although I do know my edits have been causing trouble because right after editing I think to myself my edits end up looking like garbage. One thing is sure, I better off doing very minor edit changes instead of paragraphs of words and clutter mess that doesn't read fluidly. I'm not very bright, so I really needed this message. I do deserve theswectures from other editors hat find my edits incredibly plainful to clean after. DrakonoSkerdikas (talk) 00:36, July 24, 2019 (UTC)
The irony in this would've been funny if it hasn't quite literally been happening for months now. Look, if you want to just continue to prove my point that you're (admittedly now) submitting intentionally bad work to the wiki, then I can't see why we shouldn't be doing something about this. Something as simple as using a spell-checker would've at least caught errors like this one. I would ask you to take more time with your edits, since you know that you are not good, but instead of seeing an effort to improve I just see false promises on this talk page (or no acknowledgement at all) and repeating behaviour that has already been raised to you and that you should be well aware of (like not signing your posts, again). At this point, I'm not sure what to even do here: sanction you or tell you to go take a grammar class, and (I'm sure you're with me on this one) neither of those options sound very respectable. I would like to leave it to you to decide what to do at this point moving forward, but "sticking with the status quo and continuing to edit like normal" isn't an option I'm going to be on board with. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 23:40, July 28, 2019 (UTC)
When I meant by large paragraphs, I meant by large paragraphs. Few sentences are easier to clean up after; although I'm not saying or excusing to not improve my grammar. Sorry If I wasn't clear about it. Though I can see "minor edits" was wrong term use. However, I'm considering to install grammarly extension, has I keep forgetting to do that for some reason. Any recommendation you have for spellcheckers. DrakonoSkerdikas (talk) 13:21, July 29, 2019 (UTC)
Did a bit thinking of this situation, and you're right. I do need the help, but not how to ask it. I sometimes lack words and skills to articulate on a though I wanna express clearly. Should I ask help on my sandbox (if that's where I should I post my draft edits. Or can also use talk page for that to some extent? ) for anyone (no one particular) who has time and interest to offer a hand ? Or do have other advice I could take, because I feel like I'm impotent to do said edits alone. With respect, DrakonoSkerdikas (talk) 15:34, August 1, 2019 (UTC)

Apology[edit source]

Sorry If I hasn't response to any of the walls posts (is that what they're called). For some reason, I don't remember ever reaching proper visible notification. I wonder why's that? DrakonoSkerdikas (talk) 13:23, July 29, 2019 (UTC)

RE: Your edit summary[edit source]

Simple: it should belong on the bills page and not the residential lot page. Why do you insist on edit warring when I *thought* you had it when you proposed your changes on Talk:Residential lot? Why must you make it difficult for everybody else around you? 74.198.131.130 (talk) 11:52, August 4, 2019 (UTC)

Notice on editing restrictions[edit source]

Please be aware that, per consensus by the administration team, you have been placed under an editing restriction effective immediately upon receiving this message.

An editing restriction is a specific rule or regulation that is enacted in response to problematic behavior or conflict where other solutions have failed. Editing restrictions are binding and the violation of one is typically met with an immediate block.

Under these editing restrictions, you are required to abide by the following rules:

  • You may not make edits on your own to any page in the Main or Game guide namespace. This restriction does not apply to pages in any other namespace, such as your own userspace. It also does not apply to pages that are clearly uncontroversial in nature, such as the reversion of obvious vandalism. Any other edits, such as the addition or removal of content, may fall under this restriction.
  • You are required to either 1) draft your changes, usually in your user sandbox, and propose them on the talk page for review; or 2) explain your changes on the talk page in a "please change X to Y" format. Other editors who have been established on the wiki will review your proposed edits and suggest changes or adjustments, particularly to grammar, readability, tone, and spelling. Changes may be published when they are free of spelling and grammatical issues.

Any breaches to these restrictions will be met with a block. In edge cases, a warning may be issued instead, at the discretion of the reviewing administrator. These blocks shall escalate in length for repeated offenses.

For more details on this editing restriction, refer to The Sims Wiki:Editing restrictions § DrakonoSkerdikas. Appeal of this editing restriction may be brought up to the administrators' noticeboard, not on an individual administrator's talk page. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 21:42, September 6, 2019 (UTC)

You are Indefinitely blocked
Reason(s) for Block: Violating editing restriction by editing while logged out.Issuing administrator: —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 22:06, September 25, 2019 (UTC)

For more information about wiki blocks, please go here.

It has come to my attention that you have recently violated your editing restriction by editing while logged out. This is a gross violation of community trust, and thus I have blocked you indefinitely.

If you would like to appeal this block, you may do so by adding the following to your talk page: {{Unblock | 1 = YOUR REASON HERE }}. However, you should first address the reason as to why you were blocked. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 22:06, September 25, 2019 (UTC)

Drakono, that unblock request shows full well your utter cluelessness with the situation. You're blocked because you edited while logged out, which is quite obviously this and this. Those two edits are quite obviously made by you. Did you even read the block message written for you above? It should be obvious that you can't just edit while logged out to evade the sanctions set out for you. I've been following you closely for months now and hopefully I can stop following you and focus on other stuff now that you've been indefinitely blocked from editing for violating the sanctions. Your cluelessness about everything is enough for any admin in their right mind not to regrant you the ability to edit. You should honestly stop editing this wiki. It's clear that you lack the temperament and competence to edit here. Sorry for being blunt but it needs to be said because you're simply not getting it. 74.198.131.130 (talk) 19:53, September 26, 2019 (UTC)

My username is automatically logged in, so I hardly and rarely do edits while logged out. I did read the block message... the last time I edit that article is before I got any ensued warnings of my troublesome edits. The editing month being April. As for the person you are accusing me on edit rampage as unregistered user (I presume 84.15.178.77?): that's not me lol. Thanks for the responses nonetheless. Appreciate vital information. DrakonoSkerdikas (talk) 17:36, September 27, 2019 (UTC)
Not you? Enlighten me then. Behaviorally it was clearly you. The editing style was exactly like yours, complete with the grammatical errors that are so evidently yours. The IP address location? Lithuania. We know you live in Lithuania. And these edits? Also a Lithuanian IP, from the same range too! Your trolling and socking is one heck of a step up from just making low quality edits. "that's not me lol" lol? You find this trolling and socking to be amusing, do you? Okay, I've proven to you and anybody watching that the IPs listed are clearly you and you're not taking this block or your editing restriction seriously. You need to disprove the evidence given, and not just by saying "they're not mine", because we very well can't take your word for it - or really, anybody who has been proven guilty for something. Right now all I hear is "it's not me", without any evidence whatsoever that the IPs weren't yours. 74.198.131.130 (talk) 23:22, September 27, 2019 (UTC)
For real? Oh yeah, I checked right now. That's the same bozo who edit my talk page not long ago and his been stalking me through numerous wikis I contribute. I once had a conflicted with him in one of other wikis and something set it off and that's when he started attacking me. Anyway, that's irrelevant. I do think you're right about his writing style. That's a valid point I can't argue with, because I'm no expert in identifying awful grammar regarding word structuring (which, of course everybody who criticized me knows this). I would disprove it, but not sure how. I don't know his username, but I mesmerized him by the anonymous IP member as of everytime he had grudges on me for no freaking reason. I wouldn't surprised his one of the person irl that I despise him and thus tracked me down and my activity knowing well my vet nickname he found out.

I do admire you for keeping your guard up, finding evidence to support the claims and not getting fooled. You should opt for moderator department for this wiki. I do mean it. DrakonoSkerdikas (talk) 17:28, September 28, 2019 (UTC)
