Frankie Mashuga is a pre-created, playable Sim in The Sims that appeared in the Livin' Large expansion pack, along with his wife, Sylvia Marie Mashuga. He is a bungee jumping instructor in the X-Treme career track.
The two did not appear in The Sims 2, but it is possible to recreate them.
His appearance is quite similar to Lou Thanasia who died in Olive Specter's graveyard. His appearance is also quite similar to Vegas a man who is buried in the Goth family graveyard.
