Goopy Kimbrell is one of the pre-made foreign townies who resides in the tropical Twikkii Island, one of the vacation destination sub-neighborhoods shipped with The Sims 2: Bon Voyage. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Goopy has the same facial structure as Gordon King. As far as personality, he is very active and playful, and quite outgoing. But Goopy is very sloppy, and somewhat grouchy. When it comes to his skill points, he has 8 points in the charisma skill, and is close to reaching level 9. However Goopy doesn't have any other skills.
He is mostly interested in Weather, Travel, and Entertainment. Like many other Sims from Twikkii Island, Goopy has three turn ons instead of two, and two turn offs instead of one. But strangely he is turned on and turned off by fitness and fatness at the same time, which isn't possible in normal gameplay. However, since Sims can only have two turn ons and one turn off, these traits may only show up as a turn on or a turn off, to excuse the conflict, when he is spawned in-game. Often going unnoticed, Goopy has 32 personality points instead of the normal 25.
