Grilled Cheese Sandwiches are a food in The Sims 2 and The Sims 3. They have become somewhat of a meme in the Sims games, similar to Llamas.

Grilled Cheese sandwiches are available as lunch, and require level 2 Cooking skill to cook. In The Sims 2, Sims with Grilled Cheese as a primary or secondary aspiration can prepare it at any time, regardless of cooking skill.

Nightlife includes a painting of a grilled cheese sandwich in buy mode. Natasha Una is the only premade sim with the grilled cheese aspiration. Sims with this aspiration may "Paint Grilled Cheese" on an easel. Players can get the grilled cheese aspiration for their Sims by using the ReNuYuSenso Orb with below gold aspiration as a side effect.

The Wants and Fears of Sims with this aspiration will be about grilled cheese, such as making a grilled cheese sandwich. The fears including Grilled cheese sandwiches have incredibly high negative scores, such as burning grilled cheese or eating spoiled grilled cheese(-2500). If a Sim has at least 2 points in cooking, his or her wants will be easy to fulfill, especially with the equilevant aspiration perk, "Conjure grilled cheese", which will enable the Sim to create a Grilled cheese sandwich out of thin air, without the need of cooking equipment, but with a cost in energy.
