Hannah Jones (née Remington) is a playable female Sim, living in Riverview - a downloadable neighborhood for The Sims 3. At the start of the game, she has recently moved into her deceased uncle's house, along with her husband, Aiden, with whom she shares a very high relationship. She knew little of what happened to her relatives, but it is revealed that all of them are deceased and that her new home is now inhabited by their ghosts.

She may have been adopted, since she doesn't look like her mother and has no known father. She currently holds a job as an Automated Spell-Checker Checker in the journalism career track and her lifetime wish is to be surrounded by family. Her job requires her to have 4 skill points in writing but she only has 2, and she also has 1 skill point in both her painting and cooking skills. In her inventory, she carries a laptop, five apples (possibly to suggest that she wants to have sons) and the romance novel, "Special Snowflake."
