The Imperial Estates building is a lot in The Sims Bustin' Out.

Daddy Bigbucks says he has a mansion that no-one is using, and the player can rent it if they want. However, they have to pay 10,000 simoleons for rent, and they must complete a few challenges too. After all of this, Mr Bigbucks gives the player his empty mansion and the player lives there as their last home in the game.
