She is employed in the medical career track and is friends with Thornton Wolff and is disliked by his wife, Morgana. She is also friends with Pauline Wan and her fiancé, Hank Goddard.
Some Sims players accuse this character of being like Mary-Sue Pleasant, from The Sims 2, as she seems almost too perfect.
Onomatology: Jamie is derived from the French 'J'aime' or 'Je t'aime' meaning "I love you." Jolina is derived from the French 'jolie' meaning "pretty."
