Jeannie Chen is a hidden townie in The Sims 2: Open for Business who has the appearance of a female child, but is recognized as an adult male on his last day before becoming an elder. Jeannie has no personality points, no default interests, no default turn-ons, turn-offs or skill points. However the game has been known to randomly assign her friendships with other townies.

Unlike other townies, Jeannie does not appear in-game because she is not placed in the townie pool when viewed in SimPE. However, with SimPE, it is possible to move her there. Jeannie has the same facial structure as Diane Tsvirkunov. As a hidden townie, Jeannie does not have a randomized name and she can't be made playable without cheats.

Jeannie floats when she walks, can do adult interactions and has a man's voice, provided by voice actor Stephen Kearin, because she is recognized as such. It is possible to summon her with cheats or mods such as the teleporter cat, but it is not a good idea because she has been known to cause massive glitches in the game, and possibly even corruption.

There is another glitchy child Sim, Elle Rodiek, and they share the same facial structure. Unusually, Jeannie has the hidden Power aspiration, which is very uncommon for living Sims.
