Jennifer Burb (formerly Jennifer Pleasant) is the daughter of Jeff Pleasant and Diane Pleasant. She is the sister of the pre-made sim Daniel Pleasant.

- Jennifer changed her named to Gina when the family moved into one of the lovely beach houses in the town. She opened her own floristy business, called Flower Garden, employing some of Pleasantview's elder residents. Disaster struck when John died in a drowning accident. For a while it looked like Gina might have to sell her home and business in order to keep herself and Lucy financially secure but her best friend Theresa moved in bringing with her enough money for the Burbs to get back on their feet again. Lucy is now a teenager, dating Alexander Goth whilst Gina has a new love interest in the form of Malcom Landgrab IV
