Kai Kahue is a Sim who appeares in various promotional materials for The Sims 4. He can be downloaded from SimGuruJill's Gallery profile.[1] In the "Malpractice" trailer he is shown to be a doctor along with his roommates, who can also be downloaded from Maxis.[2] His personality and clothes are different in this download.
His first bio, as given by SimGuruJill, is "Did somebody order an Ab Sandwich?"[3]
