Luc Shin is one of the pre-made child townies who resides in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. He can be made playable by befriending and aging him up with another child^[TS2FT], and sending him off to college ^[TS2U]. Luc's relationships with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game. As far as personality, he is quite playful, and somewhat nice. But he is somewhat sloppy, shy, and lazy. Luc's interests are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that he has no interests. Luc has medium-length red hair, light blue eyes, and tan skin. He wears a blue shirt with grey trousers.

The game files also reveal that he starts off with no School enrollment or school grade. When Luc is first spawned in-game, he will be a C student enrolled in public school. He has a similarity likeness to Sullivan Buckingham from Bluewater Village. Both have the same hairstyle and facial structure. Luc has a pregnancy modifier token which will increase his chances of having twins when he becomes an adult.^[1]
