Malcolm Landgraab IV is one of the pre-created Sims in Bluewater Village. He owns 2 community lots, Club Dante and Electronics Supercenter. He has the same first name as his great grandfather, grandfather and father.
Members of his family have appeared in The Sims Bustin' Out.

- I have made Malcolm Marry Cassandra Goth and They Have Wonderful Kiddies called Lucy, Veronica, Jamie and Malcolm. They were born in this order: Lucy,Jamie,Veronica,Malcolm. Family funds 13 979 395 219[No money cheats!] and have 5 businesses.
