Malcolm Landgraab IV is one of the pre-created Sims who lives in a large mansion in Bluewater Village, the default shopping district. He owns 2 community lots, Club Dante and Electronics Supercenter. He has the same first name as his great grandfather, grandfather and father. It appears that he a Florence Delarosa have a slight love interest in each other as she does not want him simply for his money.
Members of his family have appeared in The Sims Bustin' Out.

- I have made Malcolm Marry Cassandra Goth and They Have Wonderful Kiddies called Lucy, Veronica, Jamie and Malcolm. They were born in this order: Lucy,Jamie,Veronica,Malcolm.
