Martial arts
The Martial Arts skill is a skill introduced in The Sims 3 World Adventures, and will, like all other skills introduced in this expansion pack, have a trait, Disciplined that increases its learning rate.
Sims can train at the Phoenix Academy of Martial Arts in Shang Simla. However, Sims may purchase a training dummy, board breaker, and books to train at home. Sims get different color belts at different levels, just as real martial athletes do. Meditation is also required when learning the skill. Masters at meditating can teleport and summon natural elements to help them in their battles. Sims who have mastered the martial arts skill can teach other Sims as well.
While breaking a space rock block on the board, there is a special chance of seeing a valuable gem. For example, smashing a huge space rock earned me a soulpeace and pink diamond.
The Mummies in Al Simhara all have their martial arts skill on level 10.
