The Martin Family has lived in the neighborhood of Riverblossom Hills. The only living members are Andrew Martin and Jacob Martin. Andrew's late mother Linda Martin, was best friends with Catherine Viejo and Betty Goldstein, who Andrew and Jacob live with. Andrew's wife Elena Martin is deceased at the start of the game. Jacob Martin is dating Sandra Roth. The family is similar to the Dreamer Family of Pleasantview, seeing how Jacob has a deceased mother. The family tree is the same, as in it showing up to Andrew's grandparents, but only up to Elena's parents.This may also hint that the family is a parody of the broke family as the kamily tree is the similar(youngest generations great grandparents from one side, and grandparents from the other)and there is a teeen in both families that have lost a parent.
