Mathilde Norman was the mother of Richard Norman and grandmother of Albany Capp. She died long before the game's beginning, and is completely unplayable without the use of hacks. Unlike most premade deceased sims she has personality points. Mathilde is also one of most premade deceased sims of Veronaville to have CAS memories but oddly she has a bladder failure memory wich is a gameplay memory.

She bears a close resemblence to Contessa Capp.
