She is a supposedly never married Sim who lives with her sister Lucille Spenster and they are best friends. Their neighbours are the Grandpas Household and she knows them all. She starts out retired from Culinary career, level 8 with 7 skill points in Cooking, 5 in Gardening and 3 in Charisma. She is friends with Odin Crosby and Yvette Grisby, who are from the Culinary career, meaning that they were her co-workers before she retired. Usually Bennie Dean will begin a relationship with Nellie in the game. She is a single woman that never had any (known) romances during her life- if she becomes a romantic interest with someone she'll get the first romance moodlet. By her age and by Lucille Spenster's age which is exactly the same it can be induced that they may be twin sisters.
