Noel Howard is a Sim from The Sims 2 for console. He is friends with many other Sims in the game and completing his gold and platinum Wants unlocks the final cutscene for the game. He lives in The Bio Dome in Simnation and is a Judge in the Politics career. All he really wants is to simply become filthy stinking rich.
Few know how Noel earned his simoleons, but most know how he spends it: lavishly. Noel also has an impressive creative streak, brushing his teeth in a very cleaver way.
