Octavius Capp (né Caesar), born to Julius and Calpurnia Caesar, is the deceased husband of the late Scribonia Capp. It is possible he was adopted, as the Octavius in Shaespeare's "Julius Caesar" was adopted. He, his parents, and his wife, are buried at the Capp Family graveyard. Like most 'ancestral' Sims, Octavius does not have memories or personality points. However, unlike most ancestral Sims, he and his wife died as adults, not elders. He and his wife both died due to starvation.

He has an unused hairstyle. There is, though, one that looks very similar to it, but they are not identical. It is available by pressing Shift and N in Create-A-Sim when Boolprop testingcheatsenabled is enabled. However, his hairstyle won't change when you try to change his appearance, unlike other Sims with unused hairstyle.

If you take a look at him in SimPE, you may find an hidden picture of him as an elder with grey hair and grey eyes instead of blue, it is unknown why does this picture exist.
