Octavius Capp

Octavius Capp (né Caesar), born to Julius and Calpurnia Caesar, is the deceased husband of the late Scribonia Capp. He, his parents, and his wife, are buried at the Capp Family graveyard. Like most 'ancestral' Sims, Octavius does not have memories or personality points. However, unlike most ancestral Sims, he and his wife died as adults, not elders. He has an unused hairstyle. There is, though, one that looks very similar to it, but they are not identical. You can find and use his hairstyle when pressing Shift and N on your keyboard at the same time in Create-A-Sim when Boolprop testingcheatsenabled is enabled.
