Olivia Riley (née Caer) was the late wife of Belladonna Cove resident Timothy Riley and the mother of Sally Riley. She was dead before the start of The Sims 2. She can be resurrected using the Resurrect-O-Nomitron.

According to Timothy Riley's bio, she died in a freak electrical accident, which devastated both Timothy and her daughter, Sally.
