Olivia Riley (née Caer) is the late wife of Belladonna Cove resident Timothy Riley and the mother of Sally Riley. She is dead before the start of The Sims 2, but she can be resurrected using the Resurrect-O-Nomitron.
According to Timothy Riley's bio, she died in a freak electrical accident, which devastated both Timothy and her daughter, Sally. Prior to her death, she had taught Sally to walk and had potty trained her.

- Olivia's gravestone is located in Belladonna Cove Art Museum. Players can only find it when Belladonna Cove is first played, and only if the Belladonna Cove Art Museum is the first lot loaded.[confirmation needed]
