This is the list of bass skill opportunities. Completing any opportunities that reward Sims money will count toward the tally for Bassist Star skill challenge regardless of repeatability. Completing the skill challenge will reward Sim a random unlearned master track composition.

Rabbit hole

The Gargantuan

The military has developed an even bigger and more ungainly version of the bass. When the right notes are played, scientists can make contact with aliens. They need (Sim name) to come by so they can negotiate peace. The sooner he / she could come by, the better.

Buoyant Bass

They hope to finally decide what instrument will represent their party and play their anthem at every meeting. They've narrowed it down to the bass and the glockenspiel. Would (Sim name) consider playing bass at the debate?

Attend Master Class

Slapstick Humor

Notes: Despite being opportunity for bass, the reward is for drums skill. This is probably an oversight.

A renowned film composer just finished her latest movie score that features the bass. The movie is about a dolphin that accosts swimmers and tickles them. If (Sim name) is interested in playing bass on the movie soundtrack, then he / she should show up for the recording in the next few days!

Earning tips

Bassists in Public

Earn §50 from tips and talk to the target Sim.
The Bass Awareness Association heard that (Sim name) has recently taken up the instrument. Their main goal is to make Sims aware of the bass and, once aware, to encourage them not make fun of it. They'd like (Sim name) to go play the bass in public. Any tips he / she earns are his / hers to keep. Just report back to (target Sim name) when he / she's done.

Bass Tipping

Earn §500 from tips and talk to the target Sim.
Tired of other Sims calling their instrument a cello or a screaming whale, bassists are taking it to the streets by playing on street corners and earning tips. The Bass Awareness Association is willing to match §500 in tips. If (Sim name) decides to participate, report your earnings back to (target Sim name).
