According to his name, Pavel Kozlov was Russian. According to his sign, clothes, and aspiration, he was a rich tycoon trying to settle down in a new country to start a family. Probably, Pavel had to take care of his daughters alone, as his wife, Keesa, died young.
Pavel is the Russian form of Paul, from the Roman Paulus, meaning 'small' or 'humble'.
