Keesa Kozlov is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Desiderata Valley, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: FreeTime. She was the wife of Pavel Kozlov, the mother of Larisa Aspir (née Kozlov) and Katerina Una (née Kozlov), the grandmother of Luis Aspir and Natasha Una, the great-grandmother of Victor Aspir, and the great-great-grandmother of Pauline Aspir. Keesa is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave.

She has the Popularity aspiration, and the Sagittarius zodiac sign. As far as personality, Keesa is very active and quite playful. But she is very sloppy, quite shy, and somewhat grouchy. Keesa is one of the few ancestral Sims to die as an adult, so she died a premature death. According to her age data, she had 29 days left in the adult life stage when she died. Keesa's facial structure is almost if not identical to the 14th Maxis face template in Create a Sim.

Keesa may be a diminutive name for Karelisa, a Russian name referred to the region of Kareliya.
