Penny Pincher is a pre-made Sim featured in The Sims 3: Ambitions. She lives in Twinbrook along with her roommate, Clark Peddler, where they form the Simoleon Savers household.

She and Clark are best friends, but outside of home, she only knows the popular rocker DeAndre Wolf. At the beginning of the game, Penny has no skills, but she has a part-time job at the library. She is at level 1, but her performance is poor, and she will be fired unless she improves it. If story progression is left alone, she and Clark will probably start developing a romantic relationship.

She and Clark are connected in their family trees, not as relatives, but because they are roommates. An update allowed for roommates and boyfriends/girlfriends to be connected in their tree.

Her name, Penny Pincher, means someone who's frugal, which makes sense considering she's living in the Simoleon Saver household. However, she lacks the frugal trait.
