Penny Pizzazz is a pre-made Sim residing in San Myshuno at 21 Chic Street, near the Fashion District neighborhood.
She is also the only one from the front cover to be made into as a sim for the game. The other two were never townies...trust me, I LOOKED EVERYWHERE!
